Tour Group Size
We limit each cannabis tour to a single, private party per weekend. Our expert guides available to you at all times. Our exceptionally small guest-to-guide ratio promotes an intimate and extremely personalized experience for our participants, while allowing for COVID safety and appropriate social distance.
For the safety of our guests and guides, we will only accommodate up to 6 guest per weekend from the same booking/party. Pricing begins at $2495 per weekend for two guests and larger group discounts do apply. Our team will work with you to plan your trip and provide you a personal and custom quote based on your exact group size and selected options. Transportation
Emerald Farm Tours provides safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation designed to exceed the expectations of our customers. Our contracted transportation partners are fully licensed, bonded, and insured service providers with CA TCP credentials. All guests are transported in a late-model tour van designed for comfort and spaced for COVID safety. The onboard media center will enhance your comfort as we travel up the historic US-101 corridor on the breathtaking Redwood Highway.
Lodging
Set along the bank of the pristine Eel River, the Benbow Historic Inn has earned its reputation as a national treasure and Northern California icon. Earning its designation on the National Register of Historic Places, this distinctive Tudor-style resort set in the Southern Humboldt countryside has charmed visitors from across the world for almost a century.
Our guests will be accommodated in clean and well-attended rooms in this recently renovated hotel. All rooms include the following amenities: Private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, clock radio, K-cup coffee machine, ironing board and iron, assorted reading materials, free WiFi, and a decanter of fine sherry to welcome you upon your arrival--a signature feature of the Benbow Inn. To maintain an authentic ambiance and historic appeal, most rooms do not have TVs.
Additional on-site amenities include: outdoor swimming pool, splash park, 9-hole golf course, seasonal floral and food gardens, and complimentary bicycle rentals.

Meals
All meals included in the cost of this tour are professionally catered by the finest local restaurants in the region. Our menus have been conscientiously crafted to provide our guests with a robust representation of the local gastronomy. Because every meal will be freshly prepared for our group, our chefs are able to accommodate most dietary needs or restrictions with advance notice. Should you need to request a special dietary accommodation, please detail your request in the appropriate comment box when making your reservation.

The Fine Print:
Under California state law, adults over 21 may possess, process, transport, purchase, obtain, or give away to persons 21 or older, not more than one ounce of cannabis or 8 grams of concentrated cannabis. Please be mindful of possession limits at all times, as we will visit multiple locations throughout the tour where cannabis will be available for purchase. State law also requires all persons accessing any cannabis facility to be 21 years of age or older with proper identification. You must keep your government issued photo ID on your person at all times during your tour.
Payment Terms, Cancellation & No-Show Policies
Payment Terms:
Total costs for all guests must be paid in full 14 days prior to your departure date. Non-payment will result in cancellation without a refund of your deposit payment amount.
Cancellation Policies:
Please take a moment to carefully read and understand the following policies. While we do our best to be super-helpful and accommodating when emergencies come up for our guests, please note we cannot make any exceptions to the following policies on overnight tours.
We understand life happens and we are here to help our customers however we can. In the event you think you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, it’s always best to call us directly as soon as possible so that we can try to reschedule your event. While not guaranteed, it may be possible to reschedule your entire trip to a different weekend with little or no rescheduling costs. This is why it is very important you let us know as soon as something comes up.
Should YOU NEED TO COMPLETELY CANCEL your reservation for any reason, cancellation requests made:
- UP TO 72 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled tour departure time, will be eligible for a refund of 80% of your tour costs paid.
- WITHIN 72 HOURS of your scheduled tour departure time, will be eligible for a refund of 50% of your tour costs paid.
Should EMERALD FARM TOURS NEED TO COMPLETELY CANCEL your reservation for any reason prior to your departure date, we will honor a complete refund of your amount paid.
No-Shows and Day-Of Cancellations Policy
We are sorry, but guest “no-shows” and day-of-departure cancellations are not eligible for any refund or rescheduling of any kind.

By participating in any Emerald Farm Tours trip or event, you are assuming any and all risks associated with, and related to, COVID-19 exposure.
All guests must read, complete and sign a Event Waiver and Release of Liability prior to departure. You will not be allowed to board our vehicle without completing and signing this required document.
In order to protect the privacy and security of our partner farms and facilities, certain itinerary details are reserved for our confirmed guests.
Due to the nature and complexity of cannabis cultivation, participating partners and locations will vary on each unique tour. Please contact us with any questions.
