Is my ticket transferrable to another person?

Legal & Age Requirements

What's the minimum age for your cannabis tours?

Due to California regulations governing use, possession and consumption of cannabis, you must be 21 years or older to participate in our tours or events. No exceptions.

Why do I need to carry my ID with me at all times during the tour?

You must be 21 years or older to possess and purchase cannabis in the state of California. Because of state regulatory compliance, every guest must have their government-issued photo ID on them at all times throughout our cannabis tours or events.

Is this pot tour legal?

Yes! Our tours are 100% legal. Every site we visit along your tour has state approval to operate under California law.

Can I purchase pot at the tour stops?

Yes, please! Just remember: you must stay under the legal possession limits of California during your tour.

Can I bring my own pot to the tour?

You're free to carry up to the personal legal limit of pot on you at any time. But if you plan to purchase cannabis product along your tour, you may want to consider leaving your stash at home.

The legal possession limits in California:
Californians age 21 and older are allowed to carry up to 28.5 grams of marijuana flowers and 8 grams of concentrates under Proposition 64.

Can we smoke pot onboard the tour vehicle?

We ask that you please refrain from smoking or vaping anything aboard the bus or in any area or facility along our tour that is not designated for smoking marijuana. Most of our tours include a visit to one or more permitted consumption lounges for your safe enjoyment.

Will I be able to smoke pot on the tour?

It depends on the tour and whether it includes a visit to a licensed consumption lounge. But generally, yes. There will be opportunities to smoke pot in designated areas!

What to Expect on Your Tour

Where do we meet for the cannabis tour?

Each tour is different. The departure location is listed on that tour's product page, and the exact departure time and location is confirmed in your booking email.

What should I wear on your cannabis tour?

The weather in northern California can be unpredictable. We advise layers of clothing, a warm jacket (just in case) and comfortable shoes.

What should I bring along with me on my tour?

Your photo ID (required), a camera (though be aware: some locations on our tours do not permit photography) and cash (for weed and souvenirs).

Do you provide lunch?

It depends on the tour or event though all tours include light, healthy snacks and water.

Do you employ a designated driver?

Yes. Your safety is our top priority. We only employ credentialed, safety-minded and sober drivers on our tours.

Is your cannabis tour handicap accessible?

Yes. Please contact us for more details.

What's the best season to take a marijuana tour?

Anytime. But because outdoor pot growing is seasonal, some of our farm tours are only available from April through October.

What kind of vehicles do you use?

Every tour goes out in a luxuriously apportioned Mercedes Sprinter tour van. Our vans are decked out with power outlets, USB charging stations and Wi-Fi access. Our tour vans also have plenty of room for luggage.

How long is the tour?

It depends on the specific cannabis tour. Please refer to the tour descriptions for details.

Is there anything a "newbie" should know before going on a cannabis tour?

If you're not a seasoned pot consumer, go easy! Some strains of California marijuana are particularly strong. Think of wine tasting tours, where pacing yourself is necessary for a full day of enjoyment.

(Our tour directors will also provide you with any needed newbie guidance!)

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity is not included or required but our hard-working cannabis tour guides are always extremely grateful for your extra appreciation.

Is there entertainment onboard?

Yes. Your helpful tour guide will be educating and informing you about everything along the way.
